Our Process is Easy, Yet Effective
To begin your journey with Africa Rising Foundation, simply complete our application form by clicking the button below. Once submitted, our team will carefully review your application to ensure its validity and alignment with our criteria. If your project meets our standards, we will proceed to the next step, where we will work together to sign agreements and map out the way forward. However, please note that submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, and if your project is not successful, we will provide notification accordingly. We are committed to transparency and fairness throughout the process, and we look forward to the possibility of collaborating with you to make a positive impact in our communities.





Upon successful completion of the initial application process, if your project aligns with our criteria, Africa Rising Foundation will initiate the onboarding process to support you in bringing your vision to fruition. As part of this onboarding, we will assign a dedicated project office administrator and a hands-on site project facilitator to guide you every step of the way, from inception to completion. To kickstart the process, we’ll need some essential information from you:
- Images Describing the Project: Provide images that visually depict your project, helping to convey its scope and impact.
- Project Description: Furnish a concise summary, consisting of one or two paragraphs, outlining the essence and objectives of your project.
- URL Link to Your Website: If applicable, share a URL link to your website for additional context and background information.
- Target Amount to Raise: Clearly specify the financial target you aim to achieve through fundraising efforts.
- Amount Already Raised: Indicate the current amount of funds raised towards your project goal.
While Africa Rising Foundation equips you with the platform and tools necessary for fundraising success, it’s crucial to note that promoting your project remains essential. Utilize all available channels, including your own communities, to garner support and visibility.
Once we’ve gathered the requisite information, our team will proceed to:
- Consolidate the Information: Compile and organize the provided details to accurately represent your project.
- Register Your Project: Officially list your project or cause on our fundraising platform, enhancing its visibility to potential donors.
- Introduce You to Your Project Facilitator: Connect you with your designated project facilitator, who will serve as your primary point of contact and guide throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote Your Project: While we endeavor to promote your project to our network of international funders, please note that no guarantee of funding is provided.
Through this collaborative approach, we aim to empower you to realize your project goals and make a meaningful impact within your community and beyond.
Africa Rising Foundation provides a comprehensive platform and resources to manage and report back to funders. While the client is responsible for promoting their own project to potential donors, any funding received directly should be promptly communicated to us. This enables us to update the progress meters and project details accurately, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the fundraising process. Through this collaborative approach, we aim to maximize the impact of every contribution and empower both donors and project beneficiaries.


Funds received will be released to the project owner as needed to execute various phases of the project. Our collaborative and transparent approach ensures smooth execution, with regular updates on project documentation and milestones every step of the way. This ensures accountability and transparency, fostering trust and confidence among all stakeholders involved in the project.

While we meticulously document every step during the execution phase, it’s crucial to complete all relevant documentation and reporting on the platform for future reference and stakeholders. This includes high-level finances, photos, videos, testimonials, and written summary documentation of achievements.
Throughout the execution, the project owner collaborates with our assigned project facilitator to ensure comprehensive reporting.
Upon successful completion, every project is communicated via various channels, including our newsletter, ensuring that the impact and success stories reach a wide audience. This transparent and thorough reporting process ensures accountability, transparency, and celebrates the achievements of each project.
